"Danger Close" at RGS

"Danger Close - Commanding 3 PARA in Afghanistan" tells the story of the first British unit to be sent to Helmand province, Afghanistan in 2006.

Captured in his book 'Danger Close', Col Tootal uses slides and frontline video for a fascinating talk on leading soldiers in battle, the realities of war and the continuing challenges of Afghanistan.

All proceeds from the talk will benefit The Parachute Regiment Afghan Trust and the Army Benevolent Fund, as will profits from signed copies of his book - these will be on sale at £15 (RRP £18.99).
