Airborne Assault
The new Museum of The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces is now open at Duxford in partnership with the Imperial War Museum.
The Airborne Forces Museum collections have relocated from Aldershot to a dedicated facility in the state-of-the-art AirSpace building at IWM, where they are newly presented through multi-media displays.
ParaData, the living archive of the Airborne Forces and their definitive digital database, can be accessed both through touch-screens at the museum, and online. The physical Archive of the Airborne Forces Museum has also been re-housed separately at the site.
Planning for a final phase is underway and a fundraising appeal will launch when plans are complete - you can read more about them here.
If you wish to help support the Museum's operations now, you can donate online direct from this site, via the button below, or contact us for more information.
